How do I upload a lab report?
Tap the Upload tab, then choose "Take Photo" to capture your lab report or "Upload" to select from your gallery. Our AI will automatically extract all biomarkers.
What file formats are supported?
We support photos (JPG, PNG), PDFs, and scanned documents. For best results, ensure the document is well-lit and text is clearly visible.
Why wasn't my biomarker detected?
Some lab reports have unusual formats. You can manually add any missing biomarkers by tapping "Add Biomarker" on the results screen.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your data anytime in Settings.
How accurate is the AI?
Our AI is highly accurate for standard lab reports. Always verify extracted values against your original document and consult healthcare providers for medical advice.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
Can I export my health data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. You can download all your health information in a standard format.
How do I change my health goals?
Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your health goals, dietary preferences, and other personal information.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check Settings > Notifications to ensure notifications are enabled. Also verify that notifications are allowed for MediSense in your device settings.
The app is running slowly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure you have the latest version installed and sufficient storage space on your device.
